    At Slagle Financial, located in Edwardsville, IL, we believe that putting clients first is at the heart of everything we do. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience by supporting account openings, transfers, annuity and insurance applications, and ongoing operational processes. Your work will directly impact our clients' financial futures while supporting our advisors and operations team.

    What you’ll do:
    • Review, prepare, and process new account applications and related paperwork submitted by advisors
    • Ensure all required forms, signatures, and supporting documents are complete and accurate
    • Submit applications and paperwork to insurance carriers, custodians, broker-dealers, and investment companies
    • Coordinate and monitor account transfers, rollovers, annuity transactions, and other business activities
    • Proactively follow up with carriers, custodians, and other partners to keep processes moving
    • Research and resolve application deficiencies and outstanding requirements
    • Maintain accurate records and document all activity in the firm’s CRM and systems
    • Communicate status updates to advisors, clients, and team members in a timely, professional manner
    • Respond to client service requests and support operational initiatives as needed
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience
    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
     
    What We’re Looking For:

    • Ability to build positive relationships with advisors, clients, and business partners
     
    Bonus Points:
    • Previous experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, insurance, or broker-dealer environment
    • Experience processing annuity applications, transfers, and account servicing requests
    • Working knowledge of tax-qualified and non-qualified accounts
    • Experience with brokerage, advisory, and life insurance accounts
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experience with CRM systems and electronic document management platforms
