Role Overview
We are a growing marketing agency seeking a Client Operations & Marketing Lead to run day-to-day execution, client coordination, and internal accountability so the CEO can focus on sales and growth.
This role is responsible for making sure marketing plans actually get executed—on time, at quality, and with clear ownership.
This is a leadership role, not an entry-level coordinator position.
Client Operations & Account Leadership
Serve as the primary internal owner for client delivery
Facilitate and lead client communication related to:
Timelines
Deliverables
Campaign execution
Ongoing marketing initiatives
Translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans for clients
Ensure clients feel informed, confident, and supported
Reduce the need for CEO involvement in ongoing client management
Marketing Execution Support
Work closely with marketing leadership to understand:
Campaign strategy
Channel mix (PPC, social, creative, web, video)
KPIs and success metrics
Ensure internal teams are aligned with and executing the intended strategy
Identify misalignment early and course-correct before issues escalate
Help guide campaign rollouts, sequencing, and execution timelines
This role supports strategy execution but does not create high-level strategy.
Operations, Systems & Workflow Ownership
Own Monday.com as the central project management system
Ensure all client work is properly created, scoped, assigned, and tracked
Maintain and improve workflows, templates, and SOPs
Help implement and improve internal systems for efficiency and clarity
Track team capacity and flag overload before it becomes a problem
Team Accountability & Leadership
Hold team members accountable to deadlines and quality standards
Run weekly production and delivery meetings
Ensure clear ownership of tasks and deliverables
Address performance issues directly and professionally
Enforce consistency, standards, and follow-through
Issue Resolution & Escalation
Act as the first line of defense for:
Client concerns
Missed deadlines
Scope creep
Solve problems independently whenever possible
Required Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or projects
Strong working knowledge of Monday.com (required)
Experience managing client accounts and deliverables
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals:
PPC
Social media
Creative production
Web / video workflows
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable enforcing accountability and having direct conversations
In-office availability required (this is a hands-on leadership role)
