Client Operations Analyst - Non Exempt

Job Description: Looking for a high energy professional eager to master end to end order processing; from intake and document validation through trade execution and settlement, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience. You ll drive the review of Alternative Investment subscriptions and redemptions, ensure data integrity, resolve exceptions in real time, and coordinate complex cash movements to meet demanding timelines.

• Looking for a high energy professional eager to master end to end order processing; from intake and document validation through trade execution and settlement, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience.
• You ll drive the review of Alternative Investment subscriptions and redemptions, ensure data integrity, resolve exceptions in real time, and coordinate complex cash movements to meet demanding timelines.
• You ll operate at the center of the business partnering across teams, custodians, and fund administrators to keep transactions flowing with precision and speed.
• Success requires strong judgment, a control mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure while solving problems proactively.

Additional Information:

• Duration: 6 month contract opportunity
• Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary
• Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience)
