    Description

    Job Title: Client Operations Analyst I Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
    Duration: 6 Months Contract

    This job will have the following responsibilities:
    • Responsible for tracking all subscriptions and redemptions for particular hedge funds.
    • Also handle all related transfers, pricing, and holdings.
    • Communicate between wealth manager and fund administrators.
    • Key skills include time management, professional communication, and advanced excel proficiency.
    • The role involves a balance of paperwork and client interactions with a preference of candidates with industry experience.
    • This position is mainly responsible for completing the daily tasks.
    • Needs to be attentive in following the procedures and reporting discrepancies.
    • Needs to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and issues escalated.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelor's in accounting / finance.
