As our Onboarding Specialist, you'll own that experience from the moment a policy is sold until the client is fully onboarded.
Salary Range: $38000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process for all new clients
- Review policies for accuracy and completeness before binding
- Ensure all documents, signatures, and payments are completed correctly
- Proactively communicate with clients during onboarding
- Coordinate between sales and service teams for smooth transitions
- Set expectations with clients on billing, coverage, and next steps
- Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM/agency management system records
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License REQUIRED (or willing to obtain license)
