Woodard & Curran is seeking a Municipal Water Client Leader to grow municipal water services across the Northeast, focusing on drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and water resources.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer or project manager ready to expand beyond project delivery into client leadership, account growth, and business development while continuing to support meaningful water infrastructure projects.
You'll work alongside industry experts across consulting, engineering, Operations & Maintenance, and Integrated Solutions to deliver innovative solutions, strengthen client relationships, and help expand our presence throughout New England.

This role has the option for remote work, and the anticipated pay range is flexible, depending on factors such as the employee''s primary work location, skills, experience, and education. The following examples illustrate how the pay range for the same role can vary based on different locations.
Group A (Andover, MA) = $130,000 - $230,000
Group B (Boston Metro & Canton, MA) = $140,000 - $240,000
This position's anticipated pay range is provided; the final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will depend on experience level and consider a percentage-based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials recognize and reflect the cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
