About the Role

You'll be the first person our clients talk to when they reach out about immigrating to the U.S. Every day you'll run 7–15 scheduled phone and Zoom consultations, learn what each client is hoping for, and show them how our attorneys can help.

This isn't a call center job, and it isn't reading from a script. You lead the conversation, build trust, and guide people to sign with us, and you're measured on how many do. If you've hit booking targets before and want to learn U.S. immigration from the inside, you'll grow fast here.

What You'll Do

• Run scheduled phone and Zoom consultations with people who've reached out to us
• Learn each client's background, goals, timeline, and urgency
• Explain our services and how our attorneys can help. Legal advice always comes from the attorney.
• Guide clients to the next step and collect signed retainer agreements
• Follow up on new leads quickly. Speed wins clients.
• Write clear consult notes our attorneys can act on, and keep the CRM updated every day
• Work closely with our attorneys, case managers, and intake team

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least a year in sales or client consultations where you worked toward a conversion or booking goal
• Confident and professional on the phone and on Zoom
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Organized, punctual, and comfortable owning your own follow-ups

Preferred

• Experience at a law firm, especially in intake
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other consultative sales
• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration pathways
• Experience with a CRM
• Bilingual

Compensation

$40,000 base salary, plus a monthly performance bonus tied to how well you serve the clients who come to us, and health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid sick days.
