• Assist with coordinating reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
• Communicate trip details, confirmations, schedules, and important travel information
• Help manage itinerary updates, travel changes, and special requests
• Review travel plans and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized client files and trip records within company platforms
