We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to assist individuals and families with their vacation planning needs. The role involves communicating with clients, researching travel options, organizing trip details, and providing ongoing support throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and activities
• Present travel options based on client needs
• Organize trip details and client information
• Provide follow-up and customer support
• Develop knowledge of travel destinations and suppliers
