Service Culture & Administrative SupportGain a deep understanding of our proprietary Distinguished Living MatchSystem and luxury brand.Support office leadership with care coordination tasks and amazing clientexperience.2. Onboarding & Coaching New CaregiversServe as the culture ambassador for new hires, modeling our iCARE principlesof Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Excellence.Support the agency to match caregivers to clients based on lifestyle, skill, andpersonality fit.Guide team members through their first shifts and ongoing training.3. Onboarding New Clients & FamiliesLead the first in-home visit to ensure clients and families feel confident andspecial.Create a seamless transition from the service launch to client satisfaction.Orient clients and family members to our unique systems, ensuring trust andpeace of mind.4.
