Reliance Partners is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in commercial insurance through our Commercial Lines Account Management Training Program. 

The Client Experience Representative is the entry point into a structured career path designed to develop future Commercial Lines Account Managers. You’ll begin by building a strong foundation in client service, communication, insurance operations, and administrative processes while receiving hands-on training and support from experienced team members.

Position Overview 

As a Client Experience Representative, you’ll support our Commercial Lines team by handling incoming calls, assisting clients and third-party service providers, and completing administrative tasks that help keep our service teams running efficiently. 

Your first 90 days will focus on developing strong client communication skills and learning the fundamentals of our business while providing direct support to experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers. 

From there, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into the next stage of our structured career path as a Customer Service Representative, which includes a company-supported Property & Casualty licensing program. Dedicated study time is built into the workday to help you prepare for your licensing exam. 

Once licensed, you’ll continue developing your insurance knowledge and client service skills through hands-on experience, structured training, and daily collaboration with experienced Account Managers. As you build your knowledge, skills, and experience, the career path is designed to prepare you for continued advancement and, ultimately, a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional support to clients and third-party service providers. 

• Document and maintain accurate records of client communications within our agency management system (AMS). 

• Generate proofs of insurance and assist with other routine client service requests. 

• Provide administrative support to Commercial Lines Account Managers and Customer Service team members. 

• Follow established company procedures, service standards, and applicable insurance regulations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
