The Opportunity
EnSafe is seeking a Client Director of Environmental Services to join our growing environmental consulting practice. This role is designed for a senior-level professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong private-sector client leadership and business development capability, particularly with industrial, commercial, and corporate clients. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, lead complex projects, and play a key role in expanding EnSafe's presence across priority markets and service lines.
This is a full-time position that may be based in any existing EnSafe office location, driving growth across EnSafe's full suite of environmental, engineering, and compliance services for private-sector clients. Additionally, for the right candidate with established private-sector client relationships and the ability to attract and develop staff, this role offers the opportunity to help launch and grow a new EnSafe office location.

Actual compensation for this U.S.-based remote position will be based upon a variety of factors such as geographic location, education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions.

$120,000-$220,000 USD
