CGI is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Project Manager to support complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, software delivery, cloud services onboarding, and production readiness within our U.S. Government Solutions (USGS) business unit.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted liaison between client stakeholders and CGI's cross-functional delivery teams. You'll maintain an integrated view of client commitments, project milestones, risks, and dependencies while coordinating work across software engineering, quality assurance, cloud operations, infrastructure, and production support.

The successful candidate is a collaborative, technically knowledgeable delivery leader who can influence without formal authority, identify risks early, advocate for delivery teams, and build alignment across complex technology initiatives. You'll work within established program governance frameworks to support transparency, accountability, and effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Location and Work Model: This is a hybrid position based out of a CGI office in the United States. Candidates may be located near any CGI U.S. office.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary coordination point for CGI delivery teams and client stakeholders, maintaining an integrated view of commitments, milestones, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
    • Coordinate complex ERP implementations, software development activities, releases, and cloud services onboarding to support client implementations and upgrades.
    • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, risk registers, decision logs, and project reports in accordance with CGI program governance standards.
    • Partner with software engineering, quality assurance, cloud operations, infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to identify dependencies, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain alignment across workstreams.
    • Lead cloud onboarding and operational readiness coordination, including environment provisioning, connectivity, access, monitoring, support documentation, and transition to steady-state operations.
    • Coordinate production readiness assessments, cutover planning, go/no-go recommendations, command center activities, contingency planning, and post-production stabilization.
    • Identify and communicate delivery risks, resource constraints, defects, and schedule impacts. Present fact-based recommendations and escalate issues through appropriate governance channels.
    • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder discussions, supporting timely decisions, clear ownership, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
    • Prepare evidence-based project health assessments, executive status reports, milestone forecasts, and client communications to support program transparency and decision-making.
    • Advocate for realistic commitments, appropriate resources, timely decisions, and continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
    • At least 7 years of experience managing complex technology initiatives involving enterprise software implementations, ERP platforms, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating software development and implementation lifecycles across multiple technical and functional delivery teams.
    • Experience leading production cutover planning, go-live readiness activities, risk and issue management, and post-production stabilization.
    • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches.
    • Experience working within program management or PMO governance frameworks, including project health reporting, forecasting, risk management, and standardized delivery documentation.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment without direct reporting authority, including constructively challenging assumptions and negotiating competing priorities.
    • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and executive reporting skills.
    • Ability to manage concurrent workstreams, complex dependencies, competing priorities, and critical delivery timelines.
    • Ability to analyze project performance data, identify emerging delivery risks, forecast resource requirements, and recommend proactive corrective actions.

    Desired qualifications

    • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL, or comparable professional certification.
    • Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations involving complex integrations, data conversion, testing, and software release management.
    • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud operational readiness practices.
