We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end client experience for TalentPro — our managed recruiting service and newest business unit. From signed contract through active service delivery, you’ll be responsible for getting clients live quickly, keeping the service running smoothly, and making sure every interaction reflects a high-quality, proactive engagement. This is an IC role, which means you’re not managing a team — you’re the operator. You own the relationship, the platform, and the playbook.

TalentPro is early-stage and operating inside a company that’s been around for 25 years. That combination means real infrastructure and backing, but also genuine ambiguity: the processes you build here will define how this service runs. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Own client onboarding end-to-end — from kickoff through ATS go-live, workflow configuration, and first candidate slate presentation.
  • Serve as the primary client contact post-sale, managing relationships proactively and resolving service issues before they escalate.
  • Act as the primary daily point of contact with the Talent OS vendor, holding the ATS and onboarding platform partner accountable to performance standards and escalating issues on behalf of clients.
  • Configure and troubleshoot the ATS and integrated platforms independently, translating client business requirements into system and workflow configurations.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve TalentPro’s service delivery playbook and operational workflows.
  • Identify and close service gaps by surfacing patterns from client feedback, pipeline data, and SLA performance — then acting on them.

This is a hands-on delivery role where client accountability and platform ownership are non-negotiable. You’ll manage multiple active client workstreams simultaneously, hold a vendor relationship that doesn’t run itself, and be expected to resolve issues at your level without escalating upward to leadership. The margin for dropped balls is low — clients experience TalentPro through you, and the service’s reputation is built one engagement at a time.

Worth knowing: this isn’t a role where the playbook is handed to you. You’ll be building it as you go, which requires comfort with ambiguity and a bias for creating structure rather than waiting for it. It’s also not a coordination role — you’ll be expected to get into the platform, configure it yourself, and diagnose issues independently. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in client delivery, platform management, or managed services — someone who has owned an end-to-end engagement, not just a piece of it. Recruiting industry experience is not required, but you’ll need to demonstrate that you can pick up a new domain quickly and operate credibly within it.

You’re probably a fit if:

  • You’ve owned client delivery end-to-end in a managed service, SaaS implementation, or consulting environment. You’ve run a client kickoff, hit a milestone, and navigated an issue — all without someone managing the process for you.
  • You’re comfortable getting into a platform and figuring it out. You’ve configured an ATS, CRM, HRIS, or equivalent tool — not just used it, but built workflows and troubleshot issues without hand-holding.
  • You know how to manage a vendor relationship with teeth. You’ve held an external partner accountable to SLAs, pushed back when the platform underperformed, and escalated strategically rather than reflexively.
  • You’ve built or meaningfully improved a service process from the inside. You didn’t just execute a workflow — you identified a gap, redesigned something, and left it better than you found it.
  • You learn new domains fast. If recruiting isn’t your background, you have clear evidence of having picked up a new field quickly and becoming credible in it within months, not years.

Hawaii Kai, Oahu — Hybrid

This role is based out of our Hawaii Kai office. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that gives you the structure of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

COMPENSATION

The base compensation for this position is $84,466.00 – $105,582.000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
