Both platforms consistently attract a steady flow of people eager to connect with us—whether it’s about neighborhoods, relocating, buying, selling, cash offers, or simply soaking in the Charlotte lifestyle.
We’re looking for someone whose sole responsibility is to ensure every inquiry receives a warm, prompt, and helpful reply—and who can seamlessly connect each person with the right agent at the perfect time.
This is a client experience position, not a sales role.
You won’t be closing deals or pursuing commissions. Instead, you’ll be the first point of contact—whether by phone, text, or email—for everyone entering our world. Your duties include qualifying leads, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and passing prospects to the appropriate agent—all while maintaining a clean, organized CRM that the team can rely on.

Not just surface-level or recent transplant knowledge. We need deep, authentic familiarity. You should confidently discuss the differences between Plaza Midwood and Dilworth, compare LKN, South Charlotte, and Fort Mill, and offer genuine advice to someone relocating from Chicago. If you don’t have this level of insight, this role isn’t the right fit.
