As a Client Concierge, you'll ensure every client feels supported and understood, embodying our commitment to empathy and service. We specialize in Behavioral Health Law, focusing on the Marchman Act and Guardianship, providing lifesaving guidance to families in crisis. We seek individuals who take ownership of their role, welcome feedback, and strive to enhance our trusted systems and processes. Your unique perspective will be valued here as we work together to rebuild, recover, and move forward with the families we serve.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000


Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and heard from their first interaction.
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage schedules to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow between clients and attorneys.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions, enhancing their overall experience with our firm.
  • Facilitate client feedback sessions, using insights to refine and improve service delivery continually.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise between clients and legal teams.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and client management software to streamline operations.
  • Ability to proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Experience in gathering and utilizing client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
