Client Care Specialist

We're seeking detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Client Care Specialist — a role focused on clearing conditions and moving loan files toward closing while you learn the mechanics of the mortgage process from the ground up. This isn't a "sink or swim" job. You'll get real training, real files, and real people invested in getting you sharp and producing fast. What you'll do

• Review incoming loan files to identify outstanding conditions and what's needed to clear them.
• Reach out to borrowers to collect, follow up on, and track down the documents needed to keep files moving.
• Clear conditions and partner with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to push files toward closing.
• Enter and verify information in our loan origination system, keeping every file accurate and up to date.
• Learn the basics of the mortgage process, underwriting requirements, and borrower communication from people who actually do it every day.
• Build the organization, follow-up habits, and product knowledge that separate top operators from everyone else.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple files at once
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback without taking it personally
• Interest in mortgage, finance, or operations
• Coachability and a strong work ethic matter more than a resume
