Role Summary

No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and ongoing support needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the travel planning and booking journey
• Help coordinate vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and transportation services
• Research travel opportunities, destination information, and supplier offerings using approved platforms
• Verify reservation details and travel information before final confirmation
• Deliver exceptional customer care through phone, email, and online communication channels
• Assist with itinerary revisions, booking requests, and travel-related follow-up
• Maintain organized client files, confirmations, and travel records
• Participate in educational workshops, virtual meetings, and training programs
