The Client Care Manager will oversee client interactions, manage care plans, and lead a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Client care department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Lead and mentor customer care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Coordinate training sessions for staff on best practices in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and understanding of care planning processes.
