Your impact
- Champion business development within a designated territory, cultivating long-term partnerships
- Present Express Employment staffing, leadership, and HR services to address client objectives
- Continuously research and prospect for new business to expand market presence
- Own and grow a book of business through proactive account management
- Shepherd clients through the complete sales journey, from first meeting to signed agreement
- Organize daily outreach to open new accounts and strengthen the pipeline
- Negotiate pricing structures and prepare service agreements
- Drive toward and exceed sales and activity goals
Your profile
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ambitious, results-driven mindset
- Independent operator with strong territory management skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in sales or customer service preferred but not required
Compensation and schedule
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission; estimated annual earnings of $35,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
