Client Accounting Services Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Accounting Services Associate to join a CPA Firm's team in Ridgeland, Mississippi. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and back-office accounting who enjoys helping clients maintain accurate financial records. This role focuses on providing outsourced accounting services to our business clients. While this position is not a tax or audit track, it offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our expanding Client Accounting Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Process accounts payable and other routine accounting transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Assist clients with QuickBooks Online setup, maintenance, and support
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting matters
• Help improve accounting processes and maintain high-quality client service
