Key Responsibilities
About the Team
The US Life & Health Market Unit is a dynamic and client-focused team within Swiss Res broader Life & Health Reinsurance division. The team is responsible for managing and growing Swiss Res reinsurance relationships with life and health insurance clients across the United States - delivering innovative solutions, strategic insights, and trusted partnership. About You
You are a proactive, highly organized professional who knows how to turn broad direction into action. You are comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and client-facing teams, managing multiple priorities at once, and taking ownership of deliverables from start to finish.
You are equally comfortable seeing the big picture and getting into the details. Whether you are preparing an executive presentation, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, researching information for a client briefing, or responding to an unexpected request, you know how to determine what needs to happen and drive the work forward.
You communicate clearly and professionally, exercise sound judgment, and know how to work effectively with different personalities and competing priorities. You are persistent without losing the collaborative approach needed to build strong relationships.
Most importantly, you are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. You do not need every assignment to come with detailed instructions. You ask the right questions, identify what you need, involve the right people, and take ownership of delivering a high-quality result. You are willing to step in and support a team member when workoads become unbalanced.
