What You'll Do

• Represent a Fortune 500 client's brand face to face with business customers across NYC
• Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
• Educate customers on products and services that help their businesses run better
• Drive the acquisition and retention of new business leads
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development
• Contribute to team goals and weekly performance targets

Growth Path

Advancement is 100% performance based. Our structured program moves you through four levels:

Junior Client Account Manager, then Client Account Manager, then Assistant Manager, then Campaign Manager.

As you advance, you will gain hands on experience in team leadership, recruiting and hiring, training and development, HR and administration, budgeting and operations, and client and campaign management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid training: $350 per week for the two week training program
• After training: $800 per week base guarantee (contingent upon hitting weekly target) or uncapped commissions, whichever is greater
• Weekly pay, every week, via direct deposit
• Performance bonuses on top of commissions, including weekly and monthly bonus opportunities for top producers
• Residual commissions: earn ongoing income on accounts you bring in that stay active
• Leadership development program with one on one mentorship
• Travel and networking opportunities, including regional and national team events
• Merit based promotions. Advancement timelines are set by your performance, not tenure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to commute reliably to our Midtown Manhattan office
• 18 years or older
