The company is known for its collaborative culture, repeat client relationships, and commitment to employee development.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor coordination meetings.Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order processes.Monitor project financial performance and profitability.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Support field teams and work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare regular project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
