We are currently Looking for a Reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk For a Distribution Facility In the South Charlotte Area
Receiving & Shipping: Check in deliveries, verify contents against documentation, and prepare outbound shipments
- Documentation: Maintain load summaries, bills of lading, and other required paperwork for internal and external carriers
- Scheduling: Assist in coordinating truck arrivals, departures, and loading/unloading times
- Inventory & Tracking: Monitor inventory levels, update records, and ensure goods are sorted and routed to the correct destination
- Communication: Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, managers, and customers to resolve issues and confirm schedules
- Safety & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety protocols and company regulations
