Uses computer to access information. Performs other clerical duties as assigned. Must communicate both orally and in writing. Must have basic computer knowledge. 2 years'experience required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

- Uses computer to do various office assistant duties.
- Manage overtime distribution lists
- Creating and maintaining the schedule.
- Payroll/Timekeeper
- Manage calibrated equipment exchange process
- Distribute primary read routes
- Verify and communicate work loads
- Record safety meeting minutes
- Coordinating training Field Reps.
- Reconcile receipts for field reps.
- Orders office supplies
- Coordinated meeting/huddles.
- Offers other misc. Office support to leadership.
