    Position: Compounding ClerkDepartment: CompoundingReporting Structure: Manager - CompoundingReporting to this position: No direct reports

    BASIC FUNCTIONResponsible for performing general clerical, administrative, supply-related, and departmental support duties to support daily operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Order and maintain supplies, materials, and other items as required.Monitor inventory levels and communicate when supplies need to be reorderedReceive, verify, and organize incoming supplies and materialsMaintain accurate records of supply orders, inventory, and deliveries.Enter and update information in company computer systems and spreadsheets.Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, forms, records, and reports.Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and other general clerical duties.Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders, deliveries, and supply needs.Assist with tracking purchase orders and resolving discrepancies as required.Maintain organized supply areas and ensure materials are stored appropriately.Provide training to department employees on applicable procedures, processes, and systems as required.Assist with tracking and maintaining department training records.Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.Perform other related duties as assigned.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Must have basic English oral, written, and communication skills.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company computer systems.Ability to accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve information using computer systems.Ability to create and maintain basic spreadsheets, reports, and department records.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, vendors, and other departments.Ability to provide training and communicate procedures and work instructions effectively to department employees.Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.Capable of following all required SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety programs.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    The employee will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and use hands to handle materials and supplies throughout the workday. Employee may occasionally be required to lift, carry, move, and organize supplies or materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Employee may be required to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.

    EDUCATION / TRAINING

    High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of clerical, administrative, inventory, or related experience preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standards listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
