Clerical Support Quincy Temporary Warehousing · Administration & Olds Station Warehouse

Number of openings: 1 Full-Time, Temporary

Location: Warehousing - Quincy

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree, or six months to one year related experience and/ or training.

• Must be able to interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence.

• Must have strong computer skills.

• Must have good public relation skills.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have knowledge of basic math skills.

• Must be able to read, speak and write English and Spanish.

• Must be able to do highly repetitive inspection work.

• Must be flexible with working schedule.

• Must be able to work close and get along with co-workers.

• Must be able to take direction and work independently.

• Prior Oracle and Discoverer experience is a plus.

Duties:

• Maintains accurate accounting of grower packouts, reconciles with Discoverer reports.

• Balances/ enters packout information.

• Manages all production reports.

• Clear bins for inventory control.

• Notifies grower of production runs.

• Updates, tracks, and reconciles ETime.

• Monitors/ records downtime, box counts on a daily and weekly basis.

• Files and safeguards employee and privileged data.

• Clears materials from inventory.

• Other duties may be assigned.
