    West Hartford Public Schools seeks a candidate with a proactive nature for a full-time clerical paraprofessional position. Candidate must be flexible, patient and detail oriented. The role of this position supports the school office and/or teaching staff as needed. This is a 10-month position with full benefits.

    Paraprofessionals are expected to demonstrate punctuality, respect and professionalism in the performance of their job responsibilities at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior clerical experience preferred.
    • Effective interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Google, Word, Excel and other technology.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

    Requirement: High school education or GED.
