Key Responsibilities for the Office Assistant include:
- Provide general clerical support for election-related activities.
- Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain and organize files as needed.
- Operate automated equipment to prepare mailings (cards and letters).
- Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Support front counter operations and assist walk-in visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
