ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Administrative Support
  • Process accounts payable invoices and assist with payment processing.
  • Maintain vendor records, accounting files, and administrative documentation.
  • Generate reports and support accounting-related projects.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Process customer payments and perform data entry.
  • Order office supplies and maintain office inventory.
  • Assist with general office administration and special projects.

Customer Service & Operations Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders and enter sales orders into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and freight carriers.
  • Obtain freight quotes and assist with logistics coordination.
  • Support purchasing activities and vendor communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor information.
  • Assist with order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.

RequirementsDesired Work Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration, customer service, accounting, order entry, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Experience with accounts payable, administrative support, or office operations preferred.
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
