Compensation: $55,000-$57,120

Shift: Days, M-F

Job Overview

The Cleanroom Supervisor will be responsible for the operational management and maintenance of critical systems in the cleanroom; this includes inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide administrative supervision to cleanroom technicians in conformance with company policies and procedures

  • Schedule and coordinate cleanroom equipment maintenance and repairs

  • Supervise the cleanroom processes in accordance with SOP and established policies and methods to meet production commitments

  • Support and enforce company policies, practices, EHS and GMPs

  • Assist in development and enforcement of quality policies

  • Develop process improvements and efficiencies

  • Train and instruct cleanroom employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures

  • Coordinate and monitor cleanroom work activities

  • Work on problems of moderate scope where an analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable causes

  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action

  • Act as advisor to cleanroom lead to resolve problems.

  • Provide analytical data on cleanroom metrics and present information

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field. Two to three years of experience in cleanroom environment, manufacturing, and production processes

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet SBM Driver Approval requirements. Completed all safety and task training certifications

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
