The Cleanroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly, documentation, and quality control of medical device components used in endoscopic products. This position leads day-to-day cleanroom activities, maintains production schedules, and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cleanroom manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining exceptional product quality.

Supervise daily cleanroom production activities and support team members in achieving production goals
Ensure proper identification, organization, and handling of medical device components
Oversee the hand assembly of precision mechanical and medical device components in an ISO 8 cleanroom environment
Ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements
Verify proper use of adhesives, primers, and assembly materials while maintaining accurate lot traceability records
Monitor and maintain cleanroom cleanliness through required cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization procedures
Review and maintain quality verification documentation to ensure product accuracy and regulatory compliance
Print and distribute work orders while coordinating daily production priorities
Monitor inventory levels of components and consumable materials to minimize production disruptions
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and process optimization
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations
Perform additional operational and production-related duties as assigned
Previous experience working in a cleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity
Experience with production documentation, work orders, and inventory monitoring
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting production deadlines
