Key Responsibilities- Perform manufacturing and assembly activities in a cleanroom environment.
- Operate production equipment following SOPs and batch records.
- Conduct visual inspections and report product defects.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
- Maintain inventory of production materials.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree in a technical or scientific discipline preferred.
Mandatory Skills- Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Experience Required- 1–3 years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is a plus.
