Pay Range: $27/hr - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize cleanrooms and designated laboratory areas according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in ISO-classified cleanrooms and Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/cGMP) procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Stock and replenish sterile and non-sterile garments in gowning rooms.
• Organize garment inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain sufficient inventory.
• Complete cleaning logs, inventory records, and other required documentation accurately.
• Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and wear a respirator when required.
• Complete required safety, quality, and procedural training.
• Support other departments as needed while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Associate degree, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with at least one year of experience in operations, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and one weekend day each week.
• Ability to complete the initial three weeks of daytime training.
• Cleanroom cleaning or sanitization.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• cGMP/GMP-regulated environments.
• Laboratory cleaning, contamination control, or controlled-environment operations.
• Garment stocking, inventory management, or regulated documentation.
