Cleaning Technician

Summary:

• Location: Astoria, NY
• Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain cooling systems.
• Support water treatment programs through preventative maintenance on HVAC and process water systems.
• Conduct water testing and analysis, including pH and microbiological monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial water treatment, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of cooling tower operations, water chemistry, and chemical handling.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated chemical feed systems.
• OSHA training and certification.
• Ability to work independently.
