PositionOverview

As a Cleaner / Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for performing general commercial cleaning duties inassignedareas.Thispositionplaysacriticalroleinmaintainingasafe,clean,andprofessionalenvironmentforemployeesandvisitors.Candidatesmustbecomfortableworkingindependently,followingcleaningschedules,andcompletingassignedtasksefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities

• Followdailycleaningassignmentsanddutyschedules
• Sweep,mop,andmaintainfloorsthroughoutassignedareas
• Removetrashanddisposeofwasteproperly
• Performroutinecommercialcleaningtaskstomaintaincleanlinessandsafetystandards
• Operatebasiccleaningequipmentsafelyandeffectively
• Usepower-washingequipmentandhosesasneeded
• Ensurecleaningsuppliesandequipmentareproperlystoredafteruse
• Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironment
• Reportmaintenanceorsafetyconcernstomanagement
• Followallcompanypolicies,procedures,andsafetyguidelines

Qualifications

Required:

• AuthorizedtoworkintheUnitedStates
• Minimumof1yearofcommercialcleaningexperience
• Abilitytoworkflexibleschedules,includingweekends,weekdays,andholidays
• Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkefficiently
• Reliabletransportation
• Mobilephonecapableofusingatime-trackingapplicationduringshifts
• Strongattendanceanddependabilityrecord
• Abilitytofollowinstructionsandworkindependently
• Experienceoperatingorusingapowerwasherandhose
• Abilitytoperformphysicaltasksincludingsweeping,mopping,bending,lifting,andstandingforextendedperiods

Preferred:

• Previousjanitorial,custodial,orcommercialfacilitycleaningexperience
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
