Cleaner / Janitor / Custodian

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain building interiors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and recycling.
* Receive, unpack, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and other facility materials.
* Assist with office moves and relocations, including assembling and dismantling office cubicles.
* Perform general building maintenance and cleanup, including minor electrical and plumbing tasks, light replacement, and routine preventative maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or GED.
* 0-2 years of related experience.
* Basic knowledge of manual work techniques and general maintenance practices.
* Ability to lift 50-100 pounds, maintain reliable attendance, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
