Job Summary:

• Operate and monitor production equipment in acleanroom setting
• Handlematerialswith caretopreventcontamination
• Performfillroomtasksincludingmaterialprep andprocesssupport
• Followstrictcleanroomandsafetyprocedures(gowning,PPE,etc.)
• Inspect partsand materials for quality usingmicroscopes/tools
• Accurately documentproductionstepsandlottracking
• Keepworkareacleanandorganized
• Supportteamwithbasictroubleshootingandprocessimprovements

Location: Odon, IN

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $25.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am *May have training on 1st shift

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or cleanroom experience required
• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment
• Experience handling chemicals and/or compressed gases in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with quality and safety standards
