Our client in Hatfield, PA is growing and looking for detail-oriented Assemblers to join their manufacturing team.
Pay: $18 – $22/hour
Current & Upcoming Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM — Starting Late October/Early November 2026
Monday–Friday | No Weekends

What You’ll Do
As a Clean Room Assembler Assembler, you will assemble components and finished products while following detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Plan and organize assembly work using routing sheets and bills of material
- Assemble sub-components and complete meters using hand tools
- Perform final assembly steps after calibration, including installing cans, fittings, and labels
- Vacuum seal and package finished products according to established procedures
- Complete final assembly of electronic products, with training provided
- Inspect work to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work effectively as part of a team
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and bills of material
- Comfortable working with hand tools
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- 1- year of mechanical/electronic assembly experience preferred
