We are looking for a Clean & Pack Specialist to join our team!

Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour

Requirements

  • Follow work instructions, job specifications, and packaging requirements as assigned
  • Accurately record job start times and completion times, material usage, and label

requirements

  • Prepare finished parts or products for packaging, including trimming, cleanup, and visual

inspection for obvious defects

  • Monitor product quality during packaging activities and report quality concerns or

discrepancies to supervision promptly

  • Temporarily pause packaging or sorting activities when quality issues are identified; follow

escalation procedure as necessary

  • Maintain organization and proper rotation of materials and finished goods in accordance with

FIFO and inventory control practices

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures
  • Meet or exceed established productivity, efficiency and quality targets
  • Cross-train and provide support to other departments as needed to meet production schedules
  • and deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in a computer-based environment with business or ERP software
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
