Reports To: Building Principal

POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this posting is to create a pool of talented employees for the 2026-27 School Year. CREC seeks talented World Language teachers for a teaching position at our various magnet schools. World Language teachers work under the general supervision of their school principal performing the essential performance responsibilities listed below.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and administer curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives.
- Promote a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small-group instruction, and student learning.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Develop student agency, ownership, self-advocacy, and effective communication skills with regard to learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree (BA) from four-year college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
- Certification: (023, 101)
- Familiar with ACTFL World-Readiness Standards
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Motor Vehicle Operators License or ability to provide transportation to meetings, trainings, and professional learning opportunities as required.
