At a Glance
- $28-$38 per hour
- Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
- Location: Berlin, CT

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement transition plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct transition assessments to identify strengths and interests
- Support students in career readiness and independent living skills
- Build relationships with community agencies and local employers
- Educate families and staff on transition resources and pathway
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Counseling, or Human Services
- CT Certification (165, 068, or 071)
- Experience supporting students with disabilities
- Knowledge of community resources and vocational services
