Prism Academy sits on six scenic acres in Berlin, CT and provides a highly individualized, ABA-based educational experience for students ages 3-22. This is a collaborative, team-driven environment where educators and clinicians work side by side to create meaningful progress for every student.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver instruction aligned with each student's IEP
Supervise and support paraprofessional staff
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and leadership
Monitor student progress and adjust programming accordingly
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
CT Certification (165, 065, or 265)
Experience teaching students with autism
Knowledge of ABA in educational settings preferred
