Responsibilities:
- Teach one or more of the following subject areas: English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Bible in a secondary classroom setting.
- Develop and implement engaging, subject-specific lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.
- Foster critical thinking, academic excellence, and spiritual growth in students.
- Integrate biblical principles into instruction and classroom discussions.
- Assess student progress through a variety of instructional methods and provide meaningful feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
- Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
- Clear FBI/BCI background check.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an emphasis in one or more of the listed subject areas.
- Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
- Previous teaching experience in a secondary classroom.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
