Edmonds Cofield Preparatory Academy for Young Men (ECPA) is New Haven's first dedicated middle school for young men. Our mission is to develop resourceful, resilient, and responsible young men who think critically, lead ethically, and contribute positively to their communities. ECPA provides a rigorous academic experience that fosters mastery of learning while preparing students to navigate real-world choices with confidence and integrity. Through exposure to entrepreneurial thinking, leadership development, and hands-on learning opportunities, our young men cultivate the skills and mindsets necessary to excel in high school, college, and beyond.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, mission-driven and Experienced Elementary School Teachers (Math / STEM Focused) to join the ECPA team. (Note that in addition to ECPA, we would be happy to explore additional opportunities across our growing network of campuses!). This is an exciting opportunity for educators who believe deeply in the brilliance of all children, are committed to equity, and are eager to foster a love of learning across STEM subjects in a high-need, urban setting.

Given the high need content area and high demand content expertise required, qualfied candidates who are certified in the areas Elementary Education and/or Secondary Math or Science will be eligible for an additional $2500 bonus in addition to the compensation and benefits package offered!!
