The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

SES is looking for an energetic Classified Program Security Representative to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) duties for the F-22 Program. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:

• Execute DD 254 security requirements for multiple prime contracts
• Complete Media Registration, Shipping & Receiving, and weekly inventories
• Process Program Access Requests (PARS) to include creating, reviewing for accuracy, and tracking of all submissions
• Develop and conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings
• Complete DD 2545 in support of multiple supplier contracts
• Complete all Physical Security requirements for multiple secure spaces
• Process clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an Active Secret Security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation closed date and confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation/ Continuous Vetting (CE/CV).
• Be highly organized and be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-program environment.
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual.
• Experience working on SAPs and SCIs environments.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07, DoD 5105.07, ICD 705 and other DoD policy and regulations.
• Experience with JADE, SESIDS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
• Experience with classified document and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) .
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to operate autonomously when needed, while consistently contributing as a collaborative team player.
• Highly organized and detail focused.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
