Classified: Office Manager JobID: 4703 Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical/Office ManagerDate Posted: 10/1/2026Location: Canyon View High School Closing Date: Until Filled Additional Information: Show/HideJOB DESCRIPTION Office ManagerTITLE: Office Manager- Site FTE: 1.0FLSA STATUS: Exempt WORK CALENDAR: 260-262 daysCOMPENSATION: Classified Exempt Compensation Guide (Starting Salary: $54,314) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages the daily operations of the Principal's OfficeOrganizes and supervises the work flow of the Principal's OfficeDelegates matters of non-confidential activities to other support staff as needed to meet deadlinesCompletes reports (including monthly Principal's report for the Governing Board), handles studentrecords, prepares schedules, and prepares a variety of fiscal and statistical reports as requestedManages distribution and return of school building keys and access badgesAnswers phone, takes and relays messages, places outside phone calls for teachers, greets public, and responds to inquiries from parents, students, and school personnelMaintains appropriate files as requiredMaintains a daily working calendar schedule for principal, assistant principals, and staff.
