Classification & Compensation Analyst

Duties

• Responsible for the planning and implementation of all aspects of Executive Order 21 and the related laws, which when enacted on October 31, 2017, will prohibit all employers in the City of New York (e.g., NYC Health + Hospitals) from inquiring about and relying on job applicants' salary histories when determining their proposed salaries, benefits, or other compensation.
• This project will be conducted in conjunction with the initiative to modernize the System wide classification system and title structure to ensure that it is aligned with corporate goals.

Skills

• Four years experience.
• Support the administration of performance evaluation processes aligned to established policies
• Coordinate timelines, communications, and system activities related to performance cycles
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance process requirements
• Monitor completion rates and flag risks or exceptions for follow-up

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

Schedule Notes

• Role initially will be at 55 Water Street and will then move over to a location in Brooklyn (address TBD)
• This is temp to perm role. FTE salary is TBD. Make sure candidate agrees with being converted to full time
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 35 hours/weekly
