    Description

    Classic Car Body Restoration Technician

    Bethel, Connecticut

We're not looking for a collision technician. We're looking for someone who understands restoration. Someone who can look at a rusted quarter panel, damaged fender, or tired body shell and see what it can become.

We're building a new restoration facility dedicated to a private collection of more than 300 collector vehicles spanning the 1940s through the 1980s. The work is focused on craftsmanship, preservation, and quality—not insurance deadlines and production quotas.

If you enjoy metal work, fabrication, welding, panel replacement, and bringing classic vehicles back to life, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

    Why technicians make the move:

    • No insurance company deadlines
    • No production shop pressure
    • No rushed jobs
    • Time to do things correctly
    • Long-term restoration projects from start to finish
    • Work on an incredible private collection

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $100,000 - $150,000/year with flexibility based on experience.
    • Performance-based bonus and raise opportunities
    • 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance
    • Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Body restoration on classic and collector vehicles
    • Metal fabrication and panel repair
    • Rust repair and structural restoration
    • Panel fitting, alignment, and body preparation
    • Welding and fabrication of hard-to-find components
    • Helping restore vehicles to show-quality or high-end driver standards

    What we're looking for:

    • Experience in restoration, custom builds, fabrication, or high-end body work
    • Strong welding and metal shaping skills
    • Ability to repair rather than replace whenever possible
    • Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
    • Passion for classic cars and restoration work

If you're tired of replacing panels and want to get back to real craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
